I have been where
you are standing.

I know what it feels like to wake up already exhausted. To scroll through everyone else's life and feel quietly less-than. To be surrounded by people and still feel completely alone inside your own head.

I became a certified hypnotherapist and neuroscience-informed coach because I wanted to understand — at a cellular, neurological level — why we get stuck, and how we actually get free. Not with willpower or positive thinking, but by working with the brain the way it is actually wired.

Today I support women to quiet the noise, release old patterns, and build a relationship with themselves they genuinely trust.
